Alberto Picco Stadium

Inaugurated in 1919, it hosts AC Spezia football team home matches. It is named after the memory of Alberto Picco, the club’s first player to score a goal and who died in the Great War as an Alpini second lieutenant. In 2023, an ambitious project of modernisation and redevelopment has been launched, with an increase in capacity, new roofs for the curves, expansion of the changing rooms and renovation of the grandstand area. In addition, a new building will be constructed behind the grandstand to house offices, press room, hospitality and much more.
